Where to send your message
- To ask a clinic a question, use the enquiry form on that clinic’s profile, if it has one. It goes straight to that clinic and no one else. If it has none, contact the clinic directly using the details on its profile.
- To add, claim, correct or remove a listing, use the form on list your clinic.
- To make a formal complaint, including about your personal data or something we host, write to our grievance officer.
- For press and research questions, use the form below and start your message with “Press”.
- For anything else, use the form below.

We usually reply within 5 working days. We keep contact messages for 12 months and then delete them. Our privacy notice has the detail.
